Do I need to join the ANA Mileage Club to earn Miles when I purchase through the ANA Global Mileage Mall?
Yes, you need to be an ANA Mileage Club member to earn Miles. As long as you're an ANA Mileage Club Member and have signed in to your account, you’ll earn Miles when you access the merchant’s site through the ANA Global Mileage Mall.
Can I purchase from the ANA Global Mileage Mall if I am not an ANA Mileage Club member?
You can browse the ANA Global Mileage Mall without being a member, but you’ll need to sign in to your ANA Mileage Club account as an ANA Mileage Club member to earn Miles for purchases from participating merchants. Not a ANA Mileage Club Member? Join now.

How do I start shopping and earning?

1. Visit the ANA Global Mileage Mall and make sure you're signed in to your ANA Mileage Club account.

2. Choose a merchant you want to shop with and select "Shop Now".

3. Remember, to earn miles, you must sign in on the ANA Global Mileage Mall every time you shop, and select link through to the merchant’s site.

Is it more expensive to shop via ANA Global Mileage Mall?
No, you will not pay more by using our site and you’ll get the benefit of earning Miles! You’ll pay the same price as shopping directly with the merchants, and you won’t miss out on any of their special offers. By using our site, you can earn Miles on every purchase.
If I am a member of a merchant's own loyalty program will I still earn Miles?
Yes, you'll still earn Miles, but not on any items previously saved to your cart. To earn Miles, start your shopping directly from the ANA Global Mileage Mall. 
How do prices compare on the ANA Global Mileage Mall?
Shopping at the ANA Global Mileage Mall is the same as shopping directly with the merchant, and you won’t miss out on any of their special offers either.

However, by shopping via the ANA Global Mileage Mall website you get the added benefit of earning points on every purchase, including sale items, clearance items and discounted lines, unless explicitly stated in the merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
I signed in to my ANA Mileage Club account and made purchases via ANA Global Mileage Mall, but my purchases are not yet showing up in my account. What's going on?
  • It takes up to five working days for a purchase to display as "Pending."
  • It may be that the web browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase - without them enabled, we can't allocate Miles to your account. Read more about cookies.

Cookies are enabled, but my purchases still aren't showing up in my account?
Here are some tips to help make sure you receive your miles:
  • Make sure you sign in to the ANA Mileage Club account before selecting 'Shop Now' on the ANA Global Mileage Mall.
  • Complete your online purchase all in one session. In other words, don't close your browser before you complete your purchase.
  • If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the merchant site window and start the process again from the ANA Global Mileage Mall.
  • Start your purchase completely from scratch. Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart.
  • If you're buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote; Don't retrieve a saved quote or use a renewal offer if you're already a policyholder.
  • Don't select another banner or website promoting the merchant before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from the ANA Global Mileage Mall can affect tracking of your earned Miles.
  • Don't use "refer a friend" programs, this changes the path you take to make a purchase and to earn Miles.
  • Don’t call the merchant to complete or modify your order, as this could override the ANA Global Mileage Mall tracking and your chance to earn Miles.
  • Increasingly, some internet security and ad blocking software programs prevent the use of special tracking codes we need to track your purchases. Disable these security features before using the ANA Global Mileage Mall.
  • Don’t use a coupon code which isn’t displayed on ANA Global Mileage Mall at the time of your purchase.
  • Don’t switch to another country’s link within the merchant’s site for making a purchase as most merchants would not track the purchase if the country’s domain has changed.
Why have my Miles been canceled?
Miles can be canceled for a number of reasons. The most common are:
  • You returned the products you purchased to the merchant.
  • Your payment failed or you didn’t meet the requirements of the merchant's credit check.
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine.
  • Your last purchase from this merchant didn't come from the ANA Global Mileage Mall.
  • Your transaction didn't meet the merchant's Terms and Conditions.
  • If you use a coupon code that isn’t listed on the ANA Global Mileage Mall, no Miles will be earned.
I forgot to sign in to the ANA Global Mileage Mall before shopping with a merchant. Can I still earn Miles?
Sorry, but we can’t allocate Miles for any purchases that didn’t originate from the ANA Global Mileage Mall. Always access the merchant’s website via the ANA Global Mileage Mall so we can track your visit and allocate Miles.
Are my Miles immediately credited to my ANA Mileage Club account?
  • When you buy something from a merchant, the transaction will appear in your ANA Global Mileage Mall Transaction History as "Pending" within five working days.
  • We'll confirm the transaction with the merchant before updating the transaction status to "Approved". Most purchases are approved within 90 days, but some merchants can take up to 120 days or longer.
  • Purchases are subject to the merchant's Terms & Conditions.
  • Once "Approved" the Miles will be posted to your ANA Mileage Club account within 30 days of approval.

How do I know how many Miles I'll earn?
The ANA Global Mileage Mall will estimate how many Miles you'll earn for purchases with participating merchants. In most cases, this will be shown as the number of Miles earned per $10 spent at the merchant.
  • For example, if the merchant offers 20 Miles per $10 spent, and your transaction total is $50 (excluding any taxes and shipping), you can earn 100 Miles.
  • In another example, you earn a certain number of Miles for a single purchase, or by registering for a service with that merchant. In this case, you'll receive Miles for that one action, but not for subsequent actions or purchases on that merchant's site.
Will I earn Miles for shipping/handling or tax included in my transaction?
Miles are not earned on shipping, handling or any taxes.
Can I see my ANA Global Mileage Mall Miles in my shopping transaction history?
Yes. You can see all your transactions "Pending", "Approved" or "Canceled"-within your account area. Your Miles will be displayed as "Pending" until the transaction is confirmed by the merchant. Please be advised that the number of Miles may vary upon different stages of the approval process. Once the status is changed to "Approved", it will be considered as final.
Why do I earn more Miles with some merchants than with others?
Each merchant decides the number of Miles earned for shopping with them. Be sure to check out how many Miles the merchant offers before you complete your purchase.
Why have I earned more or less Miles with same merchant?
Miles rates can vary, and some merchants may offer bonus Miles from time to time. The current earning rate is always displayed on the ANA Global Mileage Mall so remember to look at the current rate to know how many Miles you’ll earn.
There's an online shop I visit frequently, but it's not part of the ANA Global Mileage Mall for shopping. How can I get it added?
We're constantly adding and looking for new merchants. If you know of a great online service or shop that you'd like to see added to our growing list, please let us know.
What happens if I cancel a purchase I’ve made or if I want a refund?
You can cancel purchases and request a refund as you normally would, directly with the merchant, subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions. However, you will not earn Miles for any canceled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after Miles have been posted to your ANA Mileage Club account, we reserve the right to deduct those Miles from your account.
I was interested in a merchant who is no longer listed, can you tell me why?
From time to time, merchants may decide they no longer wish to participate in the ANA Global Mileage Mall. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our list.
Can I use my Miles to purchase products directly from ANA Global Mileage Mall?
At this time, Miles cannot be used to make purchases through the ANA Global Mileage Mall. Any Miles earned through the ANA Global Mileage Mall will be posted to your ANA Mileage Club account and can be redeemed towards reward flights.

Your personal information is kept completely confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Will I be contacted by any of your merchants?
ANA Global Mileage Mall will not share any personal information about you with our merchants. Please note, however, that when you follow a "Shop Now" link to a merchant site, you will leave the ANA Global Mileage Mall completely and be subject to that merchant’s Terms & Conditions. If you share your details with a merchant, they may contact you.
Why do I need to provide an email address?
ANA Global Mileage Mall uses your email address to send you important information about your purchases. If we do not have an email address on record for you, we will ask you to enter and save your email address. By providing an email address, you will receive purchase-related information and keep your account up-to-date. If you prefer, you can proceed without an email address.

How are cookies used at the ANA Global Mileage Mall for shopping?
We use cookies to track ANA Global Mileage Mall transactions so that we can credit your ANA Mileage Club account for any purchases made with our merchants. Our merchants’ websites records your unique ID number and transaction, and then pass that data back to us. We then use this to match your details so we can allocate Miles to your ANA Mileage Club account.

In Internet Explorer, open browser then:

  • Select "Options."
  • Under "Privacy" move the settings slider to "Medium" or lower, and then select "Ok."

In Safari, open the browser:
  • Go to "Edit."
  • Select "Preferences."

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
You will need your ANA Mileage Club number or the email address you used when you signed up for ANA Mileage Club and your password to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password" on the main ANA Mileage Club Sign In page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
What do I do if I forget my sign in details that I used to join?

How do I update my personal details?
You can review and update your personal information by signing in to your ANA Mileage Club account and selecting "My Account."
